I can't read the top line, but I believe the Arabic symbols on the bottom line have something to do with counting.

I read that and it doesn't make sense.....its arabic letters , but when you read them , the words that you read are not arabic words....I think its another language thats written in arabic , like maybe Persian Farsi?
