I'm hoping to find a good haircutter in the Heights who can also do good color. All recommendations will be greatly appreciated.

Yes! I work for L'Oreal, particularly their haircare line Matrix. My good friend Daniel Roldan is on our Artistic Design team -- and also does clients hair either at our Matrix Global Academy on Hudson Street OR will come to your home.
