IAs a female, I highly recommend Kents Auto Repair on Kent Ave between Park Ave and Myrtle Ave...closer to Myrtle. Ask for Nicky (owner) .He is a decent honest man and has knowledgeable competent mechanics and the best prices.Tell him the lady with the green acura integra referred you. Been going there for over 14 years and my sis comes from upstate to have her vehicles serviced there. Tel number is listed.Good luck!

Thanks for the recommendations! I ended up going to Spiros in Park Slope (on 34th b/w 3rd and 4th). The did a great job for a great price. I would highly recommend them.
