Subject: what's going on w/ construction around GAP?

seems they're adding medians; is this the fulfillment of someone's dream to make the arch connected to the park or just adding lime green bike lanes?

i think they're starting to do the re-work of all the lanes around gap/prospect park. check out the streetsblog.com site for more info.
