Park Slope is just a temporary novelty for these clowns anyway. Give it another decade or so as the seemingly endless cash flow decreases, and the crime increases, and all these fly-by-night yup johnnie-come-latelys will be gone again, to their soulless burbs, just like the original white flight. :roll:

Let's see ... you will need a car with one of the highest insurance rates in the country, huge real property taxes, a state in financial doldrums and access to Manhattan via the tunnels or bridge always has huge delays. Remind me again why people move to Montclair.

according to the realtors if you travel by limo you can get to Montclair from Park Slope in as little as 15 mts and no more than 1 hour.
