Underhill to washington ave. It appears that victims are being followed after getting off the train.

I didn't know it was law to have the lights on. What is teh law exactly? For row hoses? single family, detached also?

I live in Ditmas Park, near the large victorian houses, and a lot dont have theirs on at night. I guess its only for homes that sit a certain distance to the sidewalk?

Anyone "shed some light" for me please?

I have attached the thread. There have been recent attempted muggins in Crown Heights just a few streets away from the muggings in Prospect Heights. Same description - possible teenagers 3 to 4 persons involved.

Subject: another one

So i was looking for bars in the area and came across this site somehow....good thing, here's why, I was almost mugged by 2 young black males. they were around HS age(15-17). Two of them attempted to take my wallet while the third was across the street on his bike. This happened on a sunday afternoon around 4. One kid was about 5.9 and had a black beanie on, sponge bob square pants pajama bottoms on and had silver framed glasses. i can't remember what the other one was wearing. This happened at the end of Oct begin of Nov on classon btw prospect and park. I can't believe this happened to other people in the area, or should i say so many. Just thought i would share the story.
