Friends of the Berms - Sat. July 19

Neighbors,

Friends of the Berms meets Saturday, July 19, from 10 a.m. to Noon.  We hope you can join us!  We have two tasks this month:  (1) removing invasives from the area where we planted shrubs back in May, and (2) surveying empty street tree pits around the berms, so we can request replacement trees.

  

We'll meet at our usual spot - the corner of Plaza St & Vanderbilt Ave. - and then move to the day's work area.  Please arrive by 10:00 so we don't miss you!  All hands are welcome - adults and supervised children, experienced or not.  We do provide gloves and tools.

• Print the attached flyer and post it in your building lobby, elevator, laundry room.

• Forward the email or flyer to neighborhood list serves and bulletin boards.
