Ah, the one that they have taken forever to add a few stories to 

Here's a photo from several years ago, when work was just beginning:

Where the blue tarp was, it now has an additional two stories.    I haven't seen the property listed on local real estate sites, so:

1.  Whoever owns it may also be the entity that operates whatever goes in the first floor, or

2.  They just may not have listed it yet, or

3.   Aren't listing it on one of the public sites that I watch.
