Atlantic Yards Quality of Life meeting
When: Wednesday, November 19, 6:00PM
Where: Brooklyn Hospital, 3rd Floor Auditorium, 121 Dekalb Avenue
Forest City Ratner Companies (in conjunction with the various other entities that own and control the site now) will present an overview of the upcoming construction activities surrounding the project.

i cant make that time but besides how many months/years im going to have to endure the noise, im semi curious what happened to all the landscaping plants on the perimeter of the fence there. it appears like over the last few weeks there was a free-for-all and random people just showed up and dug up all the big plants and drove them home.

They recently informed the community that anyone who wanted plants could take them, because they would otherwise be destroyed in the coming construction.
