    •    Practice how to soothe cranky back muscles with specialized
          Yoga Tune Up® therapy ball sequences
    •    Activate, mobilize and stabilize your back, abdominals, butt
          and breathing muscles

You will go home with the tools and techniques to keep your back feeling strong, supple and pain-free.

This workshop is appropriate for all back pain sufferers
as well as those who care for them.
