Let Your Yoga Dance®is where Joy and Fun meet the
Deep and Sacred. You will be led through the 7 chakras while we dance to
awesome music. The class starts slow, goes through a warm up, builds
energy and then cools down. You will leave having had a lot of fun. You
don't need any special dance skills. It's for Everybody, All Bodies.

The mission of Let Your Yoga Dance®
is to spread joy and consciousness throughout the world by transmitting
body health, brain health, heart health, and soul health to all
populations.
