Brightly colored retail space available (by Thor Equities) on Atlantic Ave - vacant 2+ years?
Every time I'm on Atlantic on my way to Betty for their amazing valrhona chocolate cake, I see the 4 brightly painted buildings on the north side of the street between 3rd and 4th Aves still not rented or occupied after at least 2 years (might be closer to 3). Last time I saw a delivery guy coming out of one, but it didn't seem like there was anything going on in the building. Anybody happen to know what the deal is (or isn't) with these?
Whynot_31, you seem to know what's going on with every little piece of real estate or vacant lot in the area. What's the deal with these 4 buildings on a thoroughfare blocks away from Barclays remaining vacant for so long?

That area is outside of the area I walk my dog, and therefore free from my informed or misinformed commentary/analysis.
