There will be another knock down... 2825

It looks like the 2/5 line is back in play for developers, especially now that hellow living is going to proceed on their very tall tower. I was walking down Clarkson last Monday and walking from the 2/5 to the park I counted 12 teardowns (green construction fence, and in process of building new units) in less than 4 blocks. It is unbelievable seeing that much development going on, I really don't know how DOB keeps up with all of it.

This is one of 4 developments on Snyder. Lots of little old frame houses on that street.I guess a block with a police station makes for pretty easy development!
