I'm glad that they're making use of this space but I feel like the commercial portion doesn't really fit the stretch of Park Place unless you have a corner lot.It'll be interesting to see what'll move into that space once the building is complete.

The lot appears to have last changed hands at tax lien sale for only $164k.
