Anyone know anything about what's going at the construction site next to Luz on Vanderbilt? I can see (and hear) the construction outside my bedroom windows and it looks like they're not only digging a giant hole, but are doing work on (ie destroying) the back of the first floor of the building that abuts the lot. It seems a little unsafe to me, but I'm not a construction worker...
