Painter for apartment hallwways

3rd floor apartment in our house is having construction done to it. since there's already a bit of a mess, and since the rooms are going to be repainted (don't need to hire someone for this), i figure we might as well repaint the hallways/stair landings, too (do need to hire someone for this).

does anyone know how much a job like this should cost, and/or does anyone have any recommendations for painters?
