Here's the situation: I saw this place at night, with 3 tenants and all their stuff still in it and signed the lease. After seeing it a few days later, in the daytime, for various personal reasons, I realized the apartment was definitely not for me. {Now I know that you're not supposed to sign anything without seeing it in the daytime}. SO now I need to find someone to take over the lease, as the owners are sitting on my deposit, not willing to give it back until someone else rents it.

Bus stop right down the street. A quiet, safe, and residential part of Bergen. Storage space in the basement, and you can keep your bike in the hallway.

In response to q's: Just not enough space, actually, that's all it is. I work in the house in the am, and need lots of room for my design studio. I misjudged it at night, without a tape measure. I think the place is about 600 or 650 sq. ft.
