What would you say a reasonable price for a 3br Duplex with roof or backyard access in Carroll Gardens, Park Slope or Cobble Hill would be?
I've been actively looking for a 3br apartment that has a little character for the past month with no luck. What I mean by character is, something other than a box of a living room with 3 boxes of a room with white walls and hardwood floors.
I guess character comes with a price though! Any thoughts?
