Looking for Junior 4 or 2 bedroom

My husband and I are in search of a Junior 4 or (if we're lucky) a 2 bedroom in the Cobble Hill / Boerum Hill / Fort Greene / Brooklyn Heights area. The thing is, our budget is a little bit tight, $2000 a month. Our move date is flexible, as we can break our current lease at any time, so we're willing to wait for the perfect place. Also, we hope to stay in this apartment for about 5 years and have a child within that time so we'd prefer an elevator (doorman is a plus) building with laundry in the building. I know this sounds tough, but I also know there are deals out there and we have the time and patience to find them.
