Subject: clear up

Although I am a meeting planner,I am not an event planner. I plan marketing meetings for medical folks! None in NYC. I am not fishing for clients on the nieghborhood message board! My marketing and business development programs are planned months in advance.
I am not self serving, my intent was to help some friends and friends of friends - 1 to rent an apartment and 2 to get folks to attend a party.
You guys have the wrong impression.....

If you're not fishing for clients, then spamming local/non-commercial mesage boards with ads is an odd way of not doing that. What are you doing then?

And none of that planning shines through any of the spam you've posted. Spamming message boards with posts that are grammatically bizarre--and riddled with spelling errors--and from multiple anonymous 'guests' shows how much planning is made by your service.

Yes, you're not self serving when you spam message boards with messages for "friends" and "friends of friends". Well, maybe you're not self-serving towards the people you claim to be helping. But when you join a board--and/or post anoymously--and don't do much else, well that's quite self-serving.

Does your months of perparation include this phrase tossed in "free of charge"?

Sorry if this sounds harsh, but you've done very little to make anyone feel one ounce of respect towards you when you pop in out of nowhere and post dubious ads. And that is the impression that I have.

Dream NY did purchase space.
I became aware of this message bopard through a parent pal named Andy.
I was not aware I needed an introduction.
No, my meeting work is not free of charge - is your work free of charge?
I was not aware my postings were not under my name. I did register.

Okay guys, time to lay off, please. I know Kate Myers is kind of overposting, but I don't think her posts are illegitimate per se, just kind of too numerous. We're working on a way to deal with the recent influx of commercial postings but Andy, Dave, and I don't spend 24 hours a day at the computer--contrary to appearances :roll:
