Organic market on Washington/Fulton

So, brownstoner posted yesterday that an organic market was going in at the corner, on the Prospect Heights/Crown Heights/Clinton Hill edges, next to that fried chicken joint (969 Fulton). No word on the time line.

Not sure if this was posted before but, I'm rejoicing for the corner! Its where I pick up the C line in the AM and I would love to see this stretch pick up some new business and give me a grocery option to/from the train. I would also offer myself to the gentrification gods for a bank branch.
