    You know what Pitu? You're back to this again. You do what you want with your mother. Don't know what the deal is with you, cause I look so see whats going on periodically cause my daughter works so hard and such long hours she has no idea when there are muggings or other things going on in the area. And she and her roommates thank me if I let them know once in a great while that they need to be aware of certain areas.

    So for what it's worth, think what you want.
    And if I'm such a stalker then what about the points I can add regarding animals and landlord situations???? Is that a problem too or do only Brooklynites have all of the answers?

    i'm a mod, and i thought it was funny.

    maybe it's a brooklyn thing.

    or maybe it's because i live here, i am tense that i feel nervous about walking around my neighborhood, and i could use a little comic relief.

    DW, maybe you make great points about pets and such. but you don't live here, and that does get certain hackles up when you appear to sit in judgment of those of us who do, whether by scolding us regarding what is appropriate to say about our neighborhood or by disparaging the place we live by calling it the wild west.

    OK. If you think that was funny, then fine. I've known and laughed with alot of people from Brooklyn in my life who have been and still are great friends.

    I haven't called it the wild west or any other disparaging comment in any way since last spring. It was a bit of a shell shock intially. But to each his own. And I'm sorry you're tense about walking around. To all I have offended, please let your hackles settle down.

    I hope all who live there are happy and safe.

    Is that wrong to say too?
