White cat in the Caribbean Bodega? — Brooklynian

White cat in the Caribbean Bodega?

I know I'll probably be chided for posting about a bodega cat, but I'll do it anyway.

Anyone know the white cat that lives in the Caribbean grocery store on Washington Ave., across from Tom's? For some reason the bodega's been shuttered up for the last week or more, and I can't help but wonder if the cat's locked in there or being fed...

  • I think someone who posts on this board is one of the people who helps run the store. He might know.
  • Call the ASPCA (Animal Cops) let them investigate it.

why? we love cats here. just check around before you call the city because bodega cats are illegal, so find out the story to make sure she's kept safe.

Yeah, I'm definitely hesitant to involve the authorities since I don't know the full story and would imagine the cat's relatively well cared for.

Just wondered if anyone knew the kitty's story. I miss seeing him (her?) loungin' in the window.
  • My roommate is a white cat. He works for a real estate firm. MAybe they're related?
