WTF with the insane 10-minute car horn at 2am?

Anyone? 2am last night, seemingly under my window at Underhill & Sterling, blasting, unrelenting, mindblowingly loud car horn? For what felt like an hour? Did someone pass out on their steering wheel? Is it a car company's sick joke of a car alarm?

I actually have no idea how long it went on as I think it rendered me unconscious a few minutes in, but it was long enough for me to scream a number of times "I'm calling the f**king cops!" Of course no one could hear my empty threats over the EAR-PEARCING ATROCITY.

actually, you can call the cops for this ... and they will tow the car (or they have for me in the past - my neighbors in harlem *loved* me). not sure how they get away with it and, honestly, don't care.

hope you got some rest! next time, call the cops!!!

yep, 1:44 - 2:28. i was aware of every bleedingly obnoxious second of whatever it was. after half an hour called the cops with earplugs in.
