Sunday night live music at Bar Sepia

Hey, so I was just down at Bar Sepia (on Underhill/E.Pkwy) and they've started having live music regularly on Sunday nights, very cool. Tonight was a jazz guitarist named Brandon Ross, he's played with Cassandra Wilson and others, and next week is another guitarist named Liberty Ellman.

I was just pretty damned happy to find some live music in the 'hood, and good music at that, so thought I'd share the joy...

Hey I was just there too! Yeah Sepia is my fav bar in the hood...That's so awesome they're doing live music every Sunday. I know they had the occasional band play, was wondering if they'd start making it a regular thing. It's actually a great room for music - nice balance, not too loud so you're not fighting to talk over them. The band that was there tonight was really good too...Hope it becomes a spot for good music since it's right down the street from me.

Srsly, plenty of people love Sepia on this board (I know I do), but we don't like shilling so just don't do it. THx.

If it turns out you just now are finding out that BKCK is married to JDawg, and you both secretly post on Brooklynian, please come back and tell us that funny story.
