Richard Meier building again!

Here's the latest on the Meier building. Sorry to be posting yet again from Brownstoner but this building is sure to bring further changes to the neighborhood...for better or for worse. It says people should be moving in starting September.

What is your definition of "Worse"? How bad can this really be? The people in that building are not going to be interacting with the "Locals" on the ground.

but i'll be interacting with them since they'll be using the eastern athletic gym of which i'm a member. i'll be sure to find out what rich ppl do when they work out...

I can't believe million-plus condos don't have their own private gym! Do you think the increase in gym members from meier mean higher membership fees at Eastern Athletic?

I gotta say I would be surprised if the building is truly occupied actively. I love my neighborhood and the views that place affords, but if I had that kinda bread I'd sink it into a brownstone here, in PS or BH. I theorize these pads are more of the second home nature, but if someone has a profile of actual confirmed owners I'd love to hear.
