Posting links

Hello,

This is such a basic question I'm sure, but how do you post links in the text of your message, so that the URL is not seen, you just see the word to click on in a different color?

For example, if I wanted to link to this page about cheese http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cheese how can I make the text "cheese" clickable to the link?
