Moving back to NYC - info on Prospect Heights?
I am moving back to NYC for a job in Sept. I used to live in WT, and am definitely looking to move back to Brooklyn because I absolutely loved it. Was thinking of looking for an apartment in Prospect Heights because of the abundance of train options, farmer's mkt, etc. Can anyone offer advice on general safety and what are the actual borders of PE (as typical, real estate brokers and resident's ideas of the actual neighborhood area differs greatly)? Also, I'm going to be living alone - so any areas to avoid? I want to live in a diverse area, but I don't want to feel vulnerable walking home from the train at night. Any advice would be much appreciated! Thanks.

What do we think, people, does junebug820 sound like the kind of person who'd be up to the standards we've come to expect of residents in our seclusive enclave of Prospect Heights? If so, maybe we should schedule a preliminary interview of the aforementioned with the PHRT (Prospect Heights Residential Tribunal).

I must have sneaked in under the radar of the PHRT. That's really the only explanation for it. -

Now that you've revealed yourself and the mods have been kind enough to supply your IP address which was easily mapped to your home, you can expect a summons in the mail. Your initial deposition in the matter of your continued PH residency without permit is tentatively set for Wednesday 27th August. The lawyer assigned to your case will contact you closer to the date with the time and location. There is no need for alarm, many previously unregistered residents have successfully contested their continued right to abode, but the PHRT does have ultimate jurisdiction in this matter, and merely having evaded their detection thus far is no defense.
