That night i was home by 11 pm, by 11:30 i was asleep only to wake up 3 hours later and could not go back to sleep.

Hey Watchu, found out the reason for fire trucks, but do not want to post it myself. The kitchen had a short circuit and basically was burning the kitchen down, but apparently the fire department was also pissed off because they were and are always violating they occupancy certificate, just a matter of time before they get busted for that.
