Midnight ride?!

We have at least one more midnight ride in us for this year, I know we can do it!!!

I just checked the weather for the weekend and it looks like it's going to be colder again - however TOMORROW it'll be in the high 70s, so how about we do a 9pm? Whaddayathink?

    hmm, I might be down, depending...

    I've been away from these forums for a while now. Over my head with work & stuff, mostly, but also just slacking on the whole being-social thang.

    I miss you freaks, though, and miss the hell out of the rides.

    I'll check back again during the day to see if anything develops...

    I have a TON of laundry and some cooking to do (actually, a LOT of cooking to do- roomie worked on TOP CHEF and there's all this stuff in my fridge that needs to get made).

    Anyway, me and who know who will try to make it. Maybe if he does my laundry I can get done quicker.... :-k

    I wanted to make one of these all summer. Schedules a little crazy at the moment still but if I don't have anything the day of the ride I'm definitely down.

    So you're talking about Monday Oct 13 @ 9pm??

    If so I'll definitely try to be there. Would be a nice way to round off summer/embrace the fall....

    While I am not against the concept of a 9pm ride, having a midnight ride at 9pm just seems wrong somehow.

    realize you're riding, hopefully someone has a phone with something awesome on it that will get this: should I go to franklin park and reserve a table? I'm thinking of doing it anyway since I want to get out of the house and the place is just down the street. kinda want to read/catch up with the phone. people on the ride have my # - just txt. hopefully see you guys, if not, no worries - I have a book!!!

    'Twas a lovely eve for a pedal round the park. And we got to see the crazy triathlete/cyclo-cross guy running from lamp post to lamp post with his bike on his shoulder!!
