Suzie, you can put 1/2 teaspoon of sugar is you like. Someone said to put a spoon or a fork in the bottom so you will not burn the gravy.

I am alone and it is very quiet without my little Mia. She has a rash on her back so i got a call early this morning asking if I gave her anything to eat yesterday that was different. I DONT THINK SO!!!! I only do what mommy tells me to do. WHAT A horrible day. I hate the rain.

Terry ....there was something on the news the other day about Carter's baby clothes....the black ink stencil on the backs of certain 2007 fall lines....give the baby a very bad rash on their backs if they are allergic to it.....Janelle told me about this ....cause I wanted to go buy some outfits at the Carter store by Target.....you may want to ask your daughter if Mia is wearing any of these clothes....just a thought! :roll: -

Hello All: First time ever before Halloween. We are having a snow storm here with 3 inches already on the ground and they just canceled my DVR installation from Direct TV because the installer can't get up my road, wahhhhhhhhhhhhh.
I think this is a sign thatit's going to be the worst winter ever up here !! My first winter here, actually my first week here during winter, we we hit with the Blizzard of '93. I had 4 feet of snow and was stranded up here for a week. Luckily my first grandson was born the night before it started and they were at the hospital for the whole 8 days. Could you imagine me delivering a baby. NOT !!!! -

By the way, when I went to the hospital with luggage on a sled, (my husband's Jeep was stuck at the bottom of the road, so that was a blessing) I picked them up and we headed to Brooklyn for a week, lol. When we came back, there was not a flake of snow on the ground, YIPEE !!!

Now I'm on a roll, lol.
RECIPE: Stuffed Chicken Cutlets
Fillet the chicken cutlets like you saw Danny do to veal cutlets. Spread them out as much as possible and flat.
Put a scoop (as much as you can fit) of cream cheese in the middle.
Lay a few asparagus spears over this and close, folding in all the sides to seal it.
Dip the cutlet into beat eggs, and coat with bread crumbs, covering every inch.
Now you can either bake them or fry.
NOTE: You can substitute anything you cover with Bread Crumbs with Ground Nuts like Walnuts, Macadamia, Pecans, Pistachio, etc. Just ground them up fine. If they are too moist, add some bread crumbs to the nut mix.
With Nuts, Now it is called Pecan (or other) Encrusted Stuffed Chicken. Now that made me hungry, lol. -
