Does anyone know if you can double park on Ocean Parkway during the alternate side of the street parking window?

    I assume you mean on the service roads.

    The legal answer is no. It is never ever legal to double park.

    In practice the police let you slide in some areas during ASP. If you see everyone else doing it the it's probably defacto permitted by the police.
