I really like this show.

The worst part is that she is one of the finalists competing for the top $.
For the finale there are 4 people left - 2 were chosen because of the most weight loss and her and her husband must let the people chose between the two who stays and who goes.

She gave this tearful reason why she should stay and her husband told said vote for her to stay and not him - for some reason I have a feeling they might vote her off anyway

I don't know what happened to the nastiest of my cohorts, though I think a few landed in jail, and there are some I'm not sorry are dead. But I did at least have the satisfaction that one tough popular guy in particular who used to say "you're really ugly" to me every day at the start of class (often with a punch for good measure) happened to meet an ex of mine many years later (and after I'd broken up with her but we were still close). She didn't know I knew him. He tried it on with her, put quite a lot of effort into wooing her in fact, and she refused (unusual for her at that point in her life) saying he was really ugly, and also a sadcase. I found this out when we came to a party together, and the look on his face was priceless...

While in 7th grade, a kid told me I had crooked legs. I've carried this piece of info with me every since. About 2 years ago, I heard he'd spent 5 years in prison. EAT THAT, SELF ESTEEM RUINER!!

I use facebook primarily for this reason. Because I am an asshole. I haven't even been out of highschool for that long but I still get great joy in seeing the former "popular" girls get fat (I have actually physically improved with age, I was pretty busted in early highschool.)
