How about the Yes We Can women's cleaning cooperative aka "Si Se Puede"
If you search Maid on this board you'll get it -
I used The Maids post construction when I needed 6 rms and 3 hallways cleaned. They came in with 6 people and got it all knocked out in 4 hours or so. I don't remember the exact cost but it was pretty reasonable. They dusted and vacumed all the rooms, wet mopped those rooms where there was construction dust, cleaned all the glass and woodwork.
They are a franchise business and the closest office is operated in Crown Heights by a local businesswoman. I don't know that I'd use them for regular cleaning, but they worked out fine for a large multi-person job. You can look them up online. -

Ok- I called "Si Se Puede" and they seem very nice. Price is reasonable for what they're doing and they really sound like "good thing" as far as the coop part goes. I'll report back tomorrow!

I've used them right after I had an party in my apartment and they did an incredible job cleaning up everything!! -
I'm back- Si Se Puede girl came before her scheduled 10am time and stayed WAY after the estimated 4-5 hours (she was there till 7pm!). The price stayed the same, even though to make sure at the end by asking her again how much. We gave her a nice tip to compensate. She was AWESOME. My apartment is SO FUCKING clean its amazing. Can't believe I waited this long to have this done, and I don't think I'll go ever go back. Si Se Puede is THE way to go.
Thanks so much for the recommend- it feels good to be a part of their cooperative and knowing the girls are "doin' it for themselves." -

Yup, that's been my experience. I wonder if we have the same person. Anyway, it's well worth the money for us to not be squabbling over housekeeping chores.
Glad that it worked out.
Mod edit: fixed your quote tag -
try using Maiday Mayday Cleaning I've been using them for about a year now Np problems, always reliable and they can clean their butts off. My house smells great whenever they come and they do a good job at organizing and decluttering without hiding my stuff. The way to go for me. The receptionist is really nice too.718-857-7409
