see through concrete

Interesting post Armchair. This stuff reminds me of my bamboo blinds. They are made of thin threads of bamboo all laced up together so light comes through. But here's the catch. during the day when light in coming in from outside you can see outside through the closed blind. But at night when the major light source is inside the house, you can't see through them, but from outside the house everyone can see you!! Even though they are closed. Now they sell these fabric liners that you attach to avoid this problem.

Point being, during the day the concrete will allow lovely light and shadows from outside in, but at night it will be your shadows and silhouette that gets seen from Outside! You'll need curtains for your damn concrete wall ](*,)
