apartments in Victorian houses

I'm not sure how easy these apartments are to find, we were only able to find a handful of them when we were looking last July/August. They are pricy though. The cheapest 2 bedroom in a private home we could find was $2000, but the home was still under construction and to this day still has tons of scrap metal and junk littering its front lawn and side, and I assume backyard too (this is on Westminster btw Cortelyou and Ditmas). There was a pretty ugly home also on Westminster, between Cortelyou and Beverley with the 2nd floor (2 bedrooms, maybe 900-1000 sq ft?) going for $2300. The 2nd floor of a beautiful home on Stratford between Beverley and Cortelyou was going for $2400 for 2 bedrooms, about 1100 sq ft, with a huge kitchen and a fireplace.
Apartments in the neighborhood were much easier to find and much cheaper. 1 bedrooms were going for between $1200-1500. I think the 2brs were well under $2000. -
Thanks, flatbushvegan. Very helpful.
