Curse you people - the coop was out of Taleggio yesterday! I've been craving it all week courtesy of both this thread and a really yummy sandwich my friend had last weekend.

I had a lovely salad of mixed greens, chick peas, crumbled stinky blue cheese and italian dressing. The Cheese really made it. Yum!
