Hi - I'm a reporter working on a national story about leash laws. I also live in Park Slope, so please don't delete me, moderators. I'm looking for someone who has recently been ticketed for violating the dog leash law and could talk to me about it for a few minutes.

How about someone here runs around outside with a mad dog with fangs foaming at the mouth and sees if a cop appears in less than 48 hours?

doesn't happen. maybe in park slope, but you're in the p-heights board. this is the busted-for-drinking-on-your-stoop side of flatbush. leashless dogs are de riguer here.
