More Pollen
Does anyone know how Dill Pollen is used? I'm thinking Pitu, Sweet Tea, Mamacita & Carnivore might know. But I will take anyone's advice or knowledge.

I must admit that I have never even heard of dill pollen.

like other pollens it should be used at the end of cooking, or as a garnish. if you like the flavor of dill, it should be good with fish and potatoes (it's much milder than the reg. spice)

How well does it go sprinkled on canned chicken?

not as good as chocolate covered bacon, but it'll do in a pinch

yeah, I'm thinking like fennel pollen that Mario Batali is so fond of, you dust at the end for that little extra layer of sabrosita
