burned baby stroller on prospect btwn vandi and underhill

i saw that this morning too! i wonder if some assholes set it on fire on purpose, or if a smoking asshole *oopsies* flicked a cig in there causing it to catch on fire.

looked pretty eerie first thing in the morning though! specially with the melted plastic on the sidewalk and the stroller corpse pushed off to the side.

When I was walking home around 9:30 last night, I saw a few people on the street talking to some cops. I was curious but couldn't tell what they were talking about. I saw the stroller this morning and was sort of hoping there would be a post here explaining... I wonder how they'll ever get the plastic off the sidewalk.

-what other fires? random ones like baby carriages?
