Where to buy large, cheap-ish scented candles in PH or PS?

The title says it all. I don't want to spend a ton, so please no recommendations for stores that only carry those $40 French candles (which I covet, but will not succumb to). Any reasonably priced candle purveyors around? Thanks!

I know it's not in PH or PS but Ikea has a TON of candles. All shapes & sizes. I think it's (almost) worth the trip.
