Governor Patterson Auto-call — Brooklynian

Governor Patterson Auto-call

Just got one....talking about the state Senate, and some other BS.

Why are they allowed to do this if you are on the "do not call" list?

    that sucks.
  • I got one tonight, too. I picked up then just hung it up.
  • I don't know why anybody thinks autocall is effective. Ridiculous
  • Wow! I didn't know we had TWO governors. My call (according to caller ID) was from PaTTerson, but our governor's name is PaTerson.

well, maybe (like me), they don't know how to spell it. Then again, he's blind
  • We got one at my OFFICE. wtf?
  • our State Rep sent us a form letter on the state gov meltdown.

    I appreciated the effort.
  • ..its always good to distance oneself from ineptness.

not sure phone calls and emails will do the trick, however.
  • I picked up and hung up immediately, but read later that it was announcing the Ravitch appointment. The calls reportedly were paid for by Paterson's campaign committee.
