  • N Henry (cause i live on it haha) but it's a really beautiful block. I'm also quite partial to Box, Lorimer, Noble.
  • We're looking at an apt on N Henry, less than a half block south of the park..

I love it, she isn't so sure..

    Noble is sweet..

    and Oak is pretty amazing.
  • That's precisely my block. What's her hesitation? I've been on this block a year now and don't think I'd wanna live anywhere else.
  • Well, the price is a bit higher than we wanted, because we'd have to pay for heat and water.

I love the location and the look of N Henry.

Since you've been there awhile, what can you tell me about it? Anything you don't like about it?
  • Well one thing i dont like is how my bike was stolen the other night, but it happens everywhere. I really cannot thing of much aside from little things like the subway being a bit closer, a pizza place thats a little closer and Met Food to be open later. That's about it though. I love having McGolrick right there. Graham L and Nassau G stations only 7-10 min walk. Cup o Joe's recently re-opened as Elie and have a great new menu and are super friendly. Boulevard Tavern on Meeker is a great neighborhood watering hole and do $5 all you can eat BBQ on the weekends. [/i]
  • Sucks about the bike. I'm keeping a lookout.

So we did it. Signed a lease yesterday for Sept 1.

Be good to us, n Henry!
  • Congrats and welcome to the block! You really will love it here. And you think it looks gorgeous now? Wait til all these trees get their fall wardrobes.
