Suspect arrested in St. Johns pl. homicides 7/18

I'm sure that this is a tremendous relief for the families - I know it is for myself and my nieghbors (from the Post today):

A suspect was arrested in the fatal shooting of two men in Prospect Heights in July, authorities said yesterday.

Sean Steer, 23, exchanged angry words with Derian Delk, 19, and Vance Rock, 23, at a block party at 10:40 on July 18, sources said.

Later, Rock and Delk were seated in a car on Washington Avenue at St. John's Place when Steer came up with a handgun and started blasting, police said.

The victims died at Kings County Hospital. The details of Steer's arrest were not immediately known.

Lets hope whatever brave soul it is out there that has come forward to testify has the strength and wherewithal to make sure that the killer goes to prison.

I know a pretty good collection of curse words and put downs...WTF could've been said that would lead to somebody shooting 2 guys sitting in their car?!?

Redheeler: thanks for posting this - glad the killer has been arrested. I hope the families feel some sense of closure to this tragedy.
