You are not a lawyer and you are wrong. Smacking a child is illegal, go ask Ichan Christian who was arrested last year in staten island for smacking his kid.

but what's the mens rea standard here? is reasonable an objective or subjective standard? way to clear up nothing xlizellx.

as a side note, i used to work in brooklyn family court, and you better believe you can slap your kid. and people do it. a lot. in court no less. the moral of the story is, parents are crazy.

just read this thread, didn't plan to comment, but am just shocked at how rude, condescending and fired up people are...everyone should go grab a beer/wine/soda and just chill.

Why is the girls hold their pee until they go into a coffeeshop but boys piss any old where? When I lived across from Prospect Park, I would always see drunk men pissing, thinking no one could see them. Often, I would take my handy laser pointer and red-dot their stinky worm. Then they'd piss on their shoes. Great fun!

To the contrary, the problem with one kid peeing on a tree is this----



That one kid grows up to be a n overgrown large man
who doesn't have the common sense to find a restroom, because
he THINKS and was taught to
pee on trees when he was a child.


All the big poops that you see peeing in public were


LITTLE kids who were permitted to pee on trees when
they were cute little kids.


Let us stop this bad habit right now.

If you see that,

TELL the adult who is allowing it --where the restrooms are



and let the little kid KNOW and hear that this is
unsightly and illegal. You can get a ticket for peeing anywhere
in public.
