I don't want to draw conclusions or make assumptions about people, but somehow if there were a wager to be placed to say the ppl here backpedaling and making excuses for ACORN were, not even a year ago, looking for any conceivable reason to impeach Bush & Cheney, I would take it wholeheartedly.

You have a display of gross misconduct and poor ethics shown 5 times at various locations around the country at a publicly funded and controlled organization. How can that not be indicative of a widespread problem in need of investigation????

The problem for me is that I don't consider these "stings". They weren't done by the police and they weren't done by a legitimate news source. Tell me if you think that O'Keefe's previous "stings" of Planned Parenthood warrented further investigation. In the past, he made phone calls to PP, posing as a potential donor who wanted his money to target African Americans for racists reasons. Maybe you think that this was investigative journalism, but it doesn't work for me.

Reporting should be about telling a story, not manufacturing one. 'd say the "activists" are clearly lacking in the ethics department as well. I sincerely hope that they don't have careers in the news in mind and I hope that there won't be work for them beyond Fox. Their story stinks.
