National Feral Cat Day - Fundraiser

Come celebrate National Feral Cat Day! We are raising funds for Urban Cat League(local cat rescue organization) at Washington Commons. We are asking for donations and selling t-shirts, necklaces, buttons, stickers, and doing Crazy Cat Lady/Dude photos!

Friday, October 16th
6pm to 10pm

    This just in...The 1st Beer Spilled On The Floor Festival will be held at the same time at Washington Commons. Bring your family and friends to celebrate. I will also be hosting 2 or 3 stray cats from the area for a Q & A session, They will be there to help you with all those burning stray cat questions, Come and see LIVE a cat eat from a garbage can! We will also have a cat that specializes in running away when you try and be nice to it! Not to be missed!!! Come early and stay late. Just so that there is no confusion between regulars and those there for the Feral Cat Fest please wear a pink headband with your name on it, if you forget I will have extras!

    Hey, maybe if we're really lucky some of the douche bags who dump their cats on the street will show up! They are the reason we do this, we should really thank them some how. I know I'd like to meet the person who dumped my latest rescue on Franklin Ave, especially after she came down with a severe case of pneumonia. I'd sure like to show them her vet bill after she had to spend 4 days there! Golly, I may just have to be content with meeting catwalkertexasranger. I'll see if I can't pick up some sick emaciated cats some jerk abandoned for you to entertain yourself with!
