Beverley stop - neighborhood?
I'm thinking of moving to a location near the Beverley Rd stop on the 2 train.
Any thoughts on this neighborhood, experiences living around there?

I went and did my nighttime walk-around the neighborhood, and it still seemed pretty nice... no one gave me any trouble... didn't see any fights or anything...
but you still read all these atrocious things about e. flatbush.... hmmm.... -
Yea, not much traffic on this board for that neighborhood. My mother-in-law lives on Beverley and Stratford, perfectly fine on that side East of the station is a bit dicier but it has been "up and comming" for a good number of years. Lots of stuff going on on Cortelyou Rd
