Just found this great site! Grew up in Sea Gate in the 50's and early 60's. Three of my kids born while we lived there, too. Spent countless days in Coney Island when it was CONEY ISLAND. Have a ring from the B & B on my keychain that I caught in 1950.

There is a group of people that are on a thread Brooklyn Back When that you might be able to connect with. HOWEVER, I think they are from Park Slope or Sunset Park - but you never know!
