Bar seeks Local musicians to play!

"Prospect Pond," the newest bar on Washington Ave, is looking for local musicians/ performers to grace our stage. Our venue for your talent is the deal (plus some drinks to get your creative juices flowing). This is perfect if your looking for exposure. Unfortunately, at the moment all I can offer in the way of equipment is a 120V plug and a stage. Because we are just starting up, we don't really have any set ideas on what we're looking for so please feel free to send me demo's/ links to whatever your willing to put on my stage, so long as you can show up on time, and I don't have to worry about going to court after. Please feel free to e-mail me: or just drop by "Prospect Pond" @ 769 Washington Ave Brooklyn NY 11238 (btw St Johns and Sterling). We are down the street from the Brooklyn Museum. Just take the 2 or 3 train there and your a stones throw away Note: You don't have to be a local to play here, but it would be cool.

  • Subject: band for bar

Great band from Staten Island called the "Headlocks". Rob Carey is the lead singer and guitarist. They write their own music and do some cover. They would definitely want exposure and always bring a large following.
  • Amazing! I'll try and get in touch with them. Thanks!!!!
  • They can be reached through Facebook !
